Kaitlin Spalsbury
Parnter, Accounting & Payroll, Foursquare Advocate
Kaitlin serves as Wisdom's Payroll & Accounting Partner and Foursquare Advocate. Prior to joining Wisdom Kaitlin provided accounting and reporting support at the Northeast Foursquare District office. Her responsibilities included accounting for the district office and providing accounting and reporting support for large and small local churches. Her district experience provides her with a rich leadership-view of church finances. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Transformational Ministry and Bible from Life Pacific College in San Dimas, California.
Kaitlin is an ordained Foursquare minister. When she is not working with Wisdom clients she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and often can be found creating pieces of art. Kaitlin currently resides in the Pacific Northwest.
Allison Michaud, CPA
Partner, accounting & Tax
Allison serves as Wisdom’s Tax & Accounting Partner. Allison is a CPA and began her accounting career working for a Big 4 Accounting firm, where she concentrated on individual and business taxation. She has a Master of Accounting degree from Wingate University and an undergraduate degree from Western Carolina University. She is a member of the AICPA and the NC Board of CPAs.
Allison met her husband, Ryan, in college, and have four children. She found a solution for fulfilling both her love of family and continued professional career coming to Wisdom Over Wealth. She is a Baptist Pastor’s Wife in the South.
Meghan H.
Office manager
Prior to joining Wisdom, Meghan worked in the Financial Industry for 18 years. Her experience ranged from daily branch operations, collection account management, lending and electronic services. Meghan has served her Church in a variety of roles, such as council member, Bookkeeper, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer.
Meghan’s past and present roles are a strong addition to the Wisdom team.
She and her husband Chris, married since 2002, reside in Fort Mill, SC. They remain avid Boston sports fans who enjoy the outdoors and spending time with friends.
Krystal S.
Accounting manager
Prior to joining the Wisdom Team in 2018, Krystal started her accounting journey through small businesses and non-profits. While she has always loved numbers, she wanted to use her talents to further the Kingdom of God. Through a huge leap of faith she stepped into specific church accounting at Wisdom Over Wealth.
Krystal is currently the Accounting Manager at Wisdom.
With God’s prompting, Krystal has moved from Coast to Coast with her husband, children, and dog. Krystal is a Life Pacific University graduate and an Ordained Pastor through the Foursquare denomination.
Sharon F.
accounting associate
Before joining the Wisdom staff in 2011, Sharon had over 25 years of experience working in and with churches in both accounting and ministry roles. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. She specializes in Stewardship Services as well as training church staff.
When not working with Wisdom clients Sharon enjoys reading, jigsaw puzzles and spending time with her six grandchildren.
Laura Q.
accounting & Tax associate
Prior to joining Wisdom Over Wealth, Laura worked in the finance industry at one of the largest banks. Laura earned her finance degree while preparing individual tax returns. She is a devoted member of her church and devoted mother to two young boys.
When not working at Wisdom, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and doing puzzles with her sons. Laura and her family are located in Pennsylvania where they spend as much time outdoors as possible. Whether it be taking a hike, tubbing down the river, or building snowmans.
Dana G.
accounting & payroll associate
Dana joined Wisdom Over Wealth in 2022. Prior to her start, Dana worked in the Financial Industry for 38 years. She has held various roles in accounting from Office Manager, HR Manager as well as Staff Accountant. She earned her associate’s degree in business management from Westark Community College in Fort Smith, AR.
When not working Dana enjoys camping with her husband and 2 daughters. She enjoys sitting around a campfire, visiting with family and friends and the outdoors.
Kim R.
accounting, Payroll & Tax associate
Prior to joining the Wisdom Team, Kimberly started her journey into accounting after graduating from Northwest University with a bachelor’s degree in organizational management. She earned a Bookkeeping Certificate and then worked as a bookkeeper at a large financial company. However, her previous work as a church intern led her to want to use her new skills in a more Kingdom forward way which led her to Wisdom.
When Kimberly is not working at Wisdom, she loves spending time with her husband and two sons. She loves to explore all parts of Southern California where she is located and makes it a priority to travel a couple times a year with her family. When they aren’t traveling, they love to build Legos, learn new skills and hobbies and do lots of crafts together.
